I myself have run BOSS and FO3Edit multiple times.Everything is set to run fine. Also FO3Edit and learn to CLEAN a mod if needed.

To me this fits the theme that the war, really FU’d the global weather and ozone so much. I’m not sure, but for the Silent Hill/Apocolyptic/Low visibility/murky cloud-no sun I have F3 Project Reality Mk1.
